You may not recognize these, but I am sure you have eaten them before. These are Cocoa beans or cacao in their unrefined state. My husband is bound and determine to turn these into delicious chocolate. More to follow, I am sure.

Project 365
A friend of mine mentioned an idea of taking a photo a day and blogging about it. I liked the idea because I wanted to improve my photography skills and what better way than practice. Not only that but what a fun way to document a year. (Even if I am the only one who reads this blog.) A Photography web site called the idea Project 365. I liked the name and so it stuck.
The scope of this could range from the mundane to the exotic, the simple to the philosophical. So bear with me.
