Apparently last night was a "Super Harvest Moon". The first one in 20 years. What makes this one so special is that it coincided with the autumnal equinox. If you believe in myths, this is the day Persephone, the queen of the underworld returns to the live with her husband Hades, as well as the day that there is a "special" gravitational pull on the Earth which allows an egg to balance on its point. Regardless, the moon looked super eerie last night with the clouds. What an excellent prelude to my favorite season.
It was awesome. The moon looked like you could snatch it from the sky - YAHOO - Halloween is coming. I am excited these years because I don't have to come up with costumes for kid-lets
